The securities brokerage business in Chinese securities more than 20 years of development, has occupied a dominant position, business income accounted for about 50% of total income of securities companies. But with the establishment of the new securities company, the implementation of floating commission, the homogenization of competition. In recent years, major domestic brokerage has been seeking transformation, finding new differences in development mode, from traditional channels to service mode transformation of service mode.In this paper, the present situation of CITIC Securities brokerage business transformation, analyses the CITIC Securities currently facing internal and external environment, from the perspective of sustainable development, found in CITIC Securities brokerage business transformation process exist the following problems.1, single business model, service ability of the new economy industry; financing tools and means not rich; wealth management the business model is not perfect; 2, customer service:extensive subdivision services between the lack of service to customers; strategic depth is not enough; 3, customer channel less; Internet financial development lags behind; 4, needs to improve incentive constraint mechanism; 5, risk management needs to be strengthened.In this thesis, from the industry development and cultivation of professional talents; promote regulatory reform, improve the account system construction; improve customer service management capabilities; develop new channels; optimize the performance appraisal mechanism and so on, CITIC Securities brokerage business transformation and sustainable development, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
