Research On The Method Of Data Auditing For Power Grid Project

With the expansion of the investment scale in power grid enterprises, Grid project audit has become the main job content of the internal audit of power grid enterprises, and plays an important role in supervising the benefit and efficiency of funds utilization, standardized management and risk management. The increase of power grid project has also increased the number of audit tasks, while the growth rate of the company’s audit staff can not catch up with the speed of business.Even though the company can use external audit resources, audit staffs workload is still great.Thus there is a urgent need to find a new audit method to improve audit efficiency. In addition, with the deployment of enterprise information strategy and on-line operation of various information systems, enterprises have accumulated a large number of business data. Ignoring these data is also a waste of resources. The data audit as the new audit mode can be the perfect combination of the full use of the data resources and improving the audit efficiency, and is also the ideal way to solve the problems of enterprise internal audit.At first, the paper analysed the evolution process of power grid project audit mode and the characteristics of various audit mode, and analyzed the problems of power grid enterprise project audit in the existing audit mode. In view of the problems, the paper put forward a new audit model, compared the model and the other models, and discussed the necessity and feasibility of data audit in the power grid project audit. Secondly,the paper described traditional power grid project audit methods and the core method of data audit, classified the data audit method according to the audit data analytical hierarchy, and then put forward the power engineering data audit methods and the construction ideas of audit analysis model. Thirdly, according to the project management systems and each stage management characteristics of power grid project, combined with project management information system, explored the application logic of the data audit method in the various audit stages of power grid project, and designed the corresponding audit analysis model, in order to achieve the combination of data audit methods and power grid project audit.Finally, neural network of data mining method was applied to engineering cost audit, in order to verify the feasibility of data audit method applied to engineering audit.Through the power grid project data audit method, auditors can drill down to the underlying electronic data of information system,to get more extensive data resources, expand the scope of audit and improve audit efficiency. Meanwhile, the method will use computer technology to reduce human intervention, discover associated information during the audit to improve the management efficiency, and have important significance of enhancing the intelligent and adaptive of computer audit.
