In recent years,along with the rapid development of China's economy,the power load of the whole society has been continuously improved,and the state's investment in power and energy construction has increased year by year.As an important medium for power transmission,the power grid is the bridge connecting the power supply with the end users of thousands of electric energy,and occupies an important position in the development of China's electric power.The country's increased investment in power grid infrastructure projects has made the use of investment funds and the quality of project management more and more concerned.However,due to the large investment in power grid projects,large engineering volume,long project life cycle,strong professionalism and the lack of engineering management of some grassroots power supply companies,there are still many nodes and uncertain factors in the construction and operation process.In the past,the after-the-fact auditing method could not meet the needs of project management.All units began to introduce the whole process tracking audit of the project into the construction of the grid project.Through the early auditing intervention time,dynamic and targeted supervision of all aspects of the project will be carried out to cover the entire scope of the project construction,and improve the use of power grid reconstruction investment.Benefits to ensure the quality of construction works.This paper mainly uses literature analysis method and case study method,sorts out relevant literatures on the whole process tracking audit of engineering projects at home and abroad,and summarizes the internal audit and grid engineering projects in the whole process of engineering project,to entrust economic responsibility theory and project.Management theory is the support.Taking the 10 kv rural power grid reconstruction project in A County as an example,from the current situation of China's power grid construction,the internal audit department of the power supply company analyzes the organization and staffing of the audit department during the whole process of tracking the audit of the project.Imperfect,audit quality needs to be improved,audit methods and means need to be optimized,audit performance evaluation indicators are imperfect,audit results are not fully applied in five aspects,and the company's audit organization and staffing are improved for the defects,andthe power grid engineering is strengthened.Throughout the whole process,the quality of internal auditing is controlled,the methods and means of optimizing auditing are improved,the auditing evaluation index system is improved,and the optimization of auditing results and subsequent tracking is improved.Through the research,the paper draws the following conclusions: the internal tracking audit of the whole process of project implementation can improve the management level of engineering construction projects,effectively control the risks in the project construction management activities,and improve the investment efficiency level;although the power grid enterprise audit department has started the project implement internal tracking audit of the whole process,but it is not fully aware of its importance to project management,and needs to pay more attention to the audit work;tracking audits of power grid projects still face problems such as inadequate audit supervision and imperfect audit evaluation indicators.It is necessary to actively broaden the scope of tracking audits and optimize the establishment of audit-related indicators,and improve the quality of audit work.
