Counter operational risk is an important part of commercial bank risk, particularly the public counter operational risk, because of its large amount, wide influence, difficult to find so prevention of the public counter operational risk is of uppermost priority for commercial bank.This paper to the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou W branch as the research sample,analyze and sum up the W branch of the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou public counter business specific forms, and points out that on public business operation risk for harm to the bank, clerks and customers.
