Research On The Development Of Regional Document Center Of Bank A

With the prosperous and development of the international trade,brings more complex trade types and huge volume of business,which put higher demands for international settlement business of the bank.In the increasingly competitive in financial industry, the banks must keep up with the ever-changing financial needs of the enterprises,to seize market share,maximize profits,which requires them to improve the quality and efficiency of the international settlement service,reduce operating costs. At present,most international settlement documentation center of the foreign banks are developed with high-efficiency and low-cost. In such circumstances,more banks in China begin to set up document service center to keep up with the trend of international settlement business.Based on the research and analysis,this paper consider that the centralized management mod has many advantages compare to the traditional mode,and will be well adapted to the development of the international settlement business,also due to the shortcomings of the decentralized mode,establish an international settlement document service center with centralized management mode is urgently needed. In this paper,I use Bank A as an example for the analysis,the document service center of bank A is currently in an early stage,compared with other domestic and foreign commercial banks,it still has many issues,such as inadequate processes,inappropriate allocation of staff and equipment,system issues etc.According to those issues,this paper establish corresponding stage,including setting up goals by different phases,restructure the document center after full analysis of the current status,build performance evaluation system,better allocating human resources,optimizing the system configuration to improve the quality and efficiency of service,reduce operating costs and achieve the goal of maximizing the profit...
