Study On Evaluation Of Ecological Civilization In Guangzhou

Our country is a country with relatively scarce energy and resources. The deterioration of ecological environment restricts the overall development of economic and society. Ecological civilization is a necessary way to alleviate the contradiction between ecological environment and economic and social. Guangzhou is the "South Gate" of China, with the rapid development of economy in Guangzhou, the disadvantages of the traditional economic development model have become increasingly prominent, which seriously affect the healthy development of the ecological environment. There is still a lack of research on the ecological civilization of Guangzhou city.Therefore, this paper takes Guangzhou city as the research object, and explores the method of constructing the evaluation index system of ecological civilization in the municipal level. To achieve the level of development of ecological civilization and quantitative assessment.In order to realize the quantitative evaluation of the ecological civilization of Guangzhou in2000 and 2014, through the literature search and study, it is to deside to use the principal component analysis method, to construction of Guangzhou ecological civilization evaluation of the theoretical model. The model mainly includes four dimensions: ecological economy,ecological environment, ecological society, ecological culture. There are 30 indicators in the four dimensions. Based on the collation of literature data, by the frequency of the index of each dimension, it is used as the basis of the index. According to the principle of correlation index, the30 indexes are selected. By using principal component analysis method, the scores of four dimensions and the comprehensive level of ecological civilization in different years were calculated in order to give four dimensions and 30 indicators. It was found that the overall level of the development of ecological civilization in Guangzhou showed an upward trend in2000-2014, and the various dimensions were improved in different degrees. In addition, the other20 cities in Guangdong Province, using the same method to calculate the comprehensive development of ecological civilization 2009-2014 years, to achieve the horizontal contrast between Guangzhou and other cities in Guangdong province regional differences.Finally, according to the data analysis results, draw the conclusion and enlightenment of the construction and development of ecological civilization in Guangzhou City. By promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading, increasing the investment in environmental protection,protecting the rural ecology and promoting the prosperity of the ecological culture, to promote the development of ecological civilization in Guangzhou.
