According to the requirements of the CPC central committee and the state council,the agricultural bank plays a role of main channel of the county commercial finance implementing the linkage between urban and rural areas, managing comprehensively, supporting "three rural" and the construction of new socialist countryside market positioning actively. As the basic of national economy, the development of the county economy is a effective ways to solve the problem of agriculture, countryside and fanners. For the county economy, the next stage will be a rare historical opportunity, the rapid development of county economy needs the support of the finance, and give more requirements on financial services meanwhile.T branch of the Agricultural Bank of China is a local branch, which has one-up business indicators. But in recent years, the county market has changed from blue ocean to the red ocean, which makes many difficulties and pressure to this branch. It is difficult to meet the needs of both the urban and rural markets by the currently products. In the rural market, the competitiveness of this bank is worse than the RCC and PSBC. It will face the risk of marginalizing if do not improve the core competitiveness of county branch as soon as possible.It has the vital role for the bank to refine the grass-roots branches competitive analysis and strategy. As the example of T branch, this paper attempts to research its competitive strategy, through the analysis of county branch, aiming to find a suitable competition strategy for the county market and give the effective measures.This paper has found out the factors that restrict the development of T Branch by analyzing the current situation of Competitiveness, using the comparative research method. Then, it gives the corresponding strategy through the analysis of SWOT from multiple aspects of ABC T branch. ABC T branch should analyze the differentiation competitive strategy of advanced foreign Banks, then, demonstrate the necessity of implementing differentiation competitive strategy.Implement network transformation, build different operation mode, and analyze pointedly, and then find out safeguards.In this paper, the main innovation point is that the research is making under the background. The current Chinese economy enters the new normal, interest rate marketization, financial disintermediation and so on. In this paper, the analysis of competitive strategy is more practical because of a large number of first-hand information, which gives the specific object, in-depth analysis, and representative significance.
