W Institution Occupational Pension System Design

To make social insurance fully display its functional role, and really realize social equity, the operation mechanism of existing domestic social endowment insurance needs to be conducted a comprehensive improvement. It is essential to adjust the social pension insurance system and relevant norms to practical situation. Then the reformation and development of our social pension insurance system will operate smoothly. In 2015 two policies "Decision on the reformation of public institution staffs endowment insurance system" and "About public institution’s occupational pension" explicitly announced that the public institution must conduct pension system reform and occupational pension system, and improve existing systems. With the help of existing theories and research results, this paper took public institution W for example and analyzed occupational pension system with method of comparison, practical proving and case. Through the research and analysis, a conclusion can be obtained that in public institution, occupational pension system and performance appraisal system should become an organic whole. These research and analysis are theory basis and reference of reformation and improvement of occupational pension system in corporation.Paper is structured according to this idea as follows:Chapter 1 expatiates the basic conditions and actual function of occupational pension system. It also narrates the research content, research method and innovation. Chapter 2 summarizes the domestic research theory of occupational pension system, including the literature at home and abroad. Chapter 3 discusses the current situation of domestic occupational pension system. Chapter 4 takes public institution W for example to analyze the occupational pension system. Chapter 5 summarizes above research and offers some proper proposals. Chapter 6 is about paper conclusion. Previously, we usually increase the occupational pension and amount of stuff simply.
