China and Mongolia are close neighbors, cultural blind date, communication port, geographical advantages and economic complementarity between China and Mongolia to promote relations of trade and economic. After the implementation of reform and opening up policy, some qualified Chinese companies began work on the Mongolian market. However, has been the development of bilateral economic and trade relations by restricting domestic and international economic and political relations, which not only affects the further development of bilateral economic and trade relations of Mongolia, Mongolia has also affected the expansion of bilateral economic and trade development space.2014 President Xi visit to Mongolia, the two leaders planned a comprehensive and pragmatic cooperation in various fields, we decided to implement mineral resources development, infrastructure construction, financial cooperation, "Trinity, co-ordination to promote" development strategy, establish interoperability and cooperation on large projects into two priority directions, opening a new chapter in Sino-Mongolian cooperation. And economic development of Mongolia and China and Mongolia downturn realities faced obstacles, but also brought a lot of uncertainty for the bilateral relations. Based on this, on the basis of Mongolia’s economic development situation and Sino-Mongolian relations basic judgment on the current development of bilateral economic and trade relations put forward some thoughts.
