Mongolia’s economic development trend of the times, the pace of economic development continues to accelerate. Mongolia’s land area ranked 17th in the world, has a population of 294 million, sparsely populated, but rich in natural resources, for the economic development of Mongolia laid the foundation. After 1990s, Mongolia’s privatization reform, private economic forces boarded the stage of history, in the national economy in the dominant position. Private economic power part is exist in the form of SME, for economic development to promote, Mongolia in the past twenty years, economic and financial market gradually formed, satisfies the needs of the rapid development of large enterprises, also began to pay attention to SME. Although the government to obtain financial services for SMEs in the policy is being improved, but the current financial services for SMEs in the management is not in place. Small and medium-sized enterprises still face many difficulties, the reasons for this difficulty, some from their own, and some from the external. According to Mongolia is small and medium-sized enterprises play a role and instead of getting financial support does not match the phenomenon, and Mongolia SME financing problems are studied.
