| Nowadays the competition in the financial market is quite fierce, so the commercial banks make their most to seize market resources. In metropolis, the credit card business is in fierce competition, which leads to the market saturation. But in remote areas like counties and villages, the credit card business is still new with impressive development space and profit margin. Yanshan sub branch of Posting Savings Bank of China has formed a customer manager team of credit card to occupy the local resources, develop local credit card business and increase our bank revenue, however the return is not an expected in practice. As a member of Posting Savings Bank of China Yanshan branch, I found many defects existing in running the credit card team. Aimed at changing and improving the situation, this paper devotes to explore how to build a fine manager team of credit card.The method of documentary analysis and comparative analysis are adopted to first analyze the concept of team building, which is the theoretic basis of building the manager team of credit card. Second, deeply explore the current situation, find out the defects and further dig out the causes, such as lack of personal capability, unimproved performance evaluation system and so on. Third, build a brand new manager team of credit card combined with former theoretical basis and the real situation, compare the result with that of some highly effective teams, and evaluate its performance, then a conclusion and outlook. |
