The fierce financial market competition,the rise of Internet Finance and the change of consumption awareness of Chinese people make the development space of credit card business grow continuously.Credit card business is regarded as the last cake of domestic retail financial market by the industry,which has the characteristics of anti economic cycle,stable capital source and risk dispersion.Due to historical reasons,the credit card business of Postal Savings Bank S Province Branch started late and didn't attract enough attention in the early stage.Its development is far behind the industry.From the perspective of the development of credit card market,it is necessary to evolve from the original business model of extensive management to the refined management model,and adopt scientific marketing strategies and management methods to develop credit card business more effectively.Based on this background,this paper chooses Postal Savings Bank S Province Branch as the research object.Based on the review of the existing research results of credit card marketing at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the environment faced by the credit card business of Postal Savings Bank S Province Branch from the aspects of policy,economy,population,social culture and technology,points out the existing problems in the current credit card marketing,and puts forward the marketing strategy optimization measures from the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,service and tangible display And put forward the implementation guarantee from the aspects of organization,system,human resources and information technology.The purpose of this paper is to improve the development of credit card business and the profit level of Postal Savings Bank S Province Branch.The research results obtained in this paper can also be applied to other banks in the field of credit card marketing.
