Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. is a public company(Stock code: 300124) which focuses on R&D, manufacture and sales of industrial automation control products, aiming to serve high-end equipment manufacturers. In this paper, I will research on financial risk pre-warning and make the Inovance company as the research object.Financial risks include funding risk, investment risk, operational risk and liquidity risk. Every risk have its own financial evaluation indexes. So I choose some financial evaluation indexes to measure the risk. And I will use the Efficacy coefficient method to study financial risk pre-warning.Firstly, the paper introduced the Financial risk management theory and the Efficacy coefficient method. Secondly, the paper introduced Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd company situation. Third, a model will be constructed to study the financial risk pre-warning. At last, I will make a judgment about the company`s risk level and analyze the reasons and make prevention recommendations of financial risks.
