Textile industry is a traditional and fashion industry, what tradition is, spinning and weaving is is developed from human civilization appears, maintains growth. what fashion means, with the progress of society, the development of science and technology, all kinds of new fabrics, nice clothing constantly changing people’s life, make people’s life more colorful. Textiles are in every people’s life, for long time, textile industry occupies an important position in the national economy. But at present, because of the international market down, domestic consumption tends to be conservative, the textile industry as a fully competitive market, is suffering from a huge challenge.YF company is in Zhejiang as a private textile enterprises, mainly produces textile fabrics, and has the right to import and export all textiles, YF was founded in 1993,and then later in 2004, expanded scale, invested new product lines and also printing and dyeing finishing process. Through more than 20 years permanent efforts, YF has already occupied part of both domestic and overseas market of similar products, but still can not be optimistic. YF is facing all kinds of pressure now, in addition to cope with the pressure of the market, the upvaluation of the RMB, external faces all kinds of costs increasing, trade barriers and other various difficulties, internal faces, management system in-perfect, human resources system not complete, communication problems between departments, ect. How to break this situation, imminent, under this situation, determining the development strategy and establishing the corresponding measures has very vital significance.This paper studied YF company under the related background and on the basis of strategic theory. The full text is divided into five chapters. Chapter one, introduced the enterprise development strategy theory, methods and tools of strategic analysis, which is the theoretical basis of the paper. Chapter two, a detailed analysis of the YF company, introduction of company development, history, production scale, organization structure, management status and current problems. Chapter three, analysis company’s external situation, including international environment (other textiles producing countries, China’s foreign trade textile market), the domestic textile environment (PEST) and industry analysis (Potter’s five forces) so that to help the company positioning in the whole macro environment. Chapter four, the analysis of the enterprise internal environment, through enterprise business data, the internal operating conditions, and competitive analysis. Chapter five, by understanding the company’s mission and vision, the analysis of company SWOT, formulated the company’s development strategy, and provide strategic implementation safeguard measures.By theory with practice, this paper try to help YF company to find a suitable development path through analyzing the strategy of YF company, and meantime to give some suggestions to the development of industry of similar enterprises...
