In order to let the preferential financial policies and adapt to the current economic development in Tibet, so that the Government macro-control is implemented more effectively and better promote the Tibet economy to surmount the type development ambitions.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part describes the background, significance, and research methods and innovations as well as the related theories, research synthesis. Second part summarizing Economic and financial developments in Tibet and special preferential financial policies reviewed and summed up its characteristics.
