Study On The Diversified Development Of A Coal Industry Group

The non-renewable resources of coal determines the coal resource depletion after a large number of mining. With the reduction in the amount of coal resources, the development of coal enterprises are also faced with a new dilemma. Looking for an effective way to actively get out of coal resource dilemma becomes a urgent problem in the process of coal enterprise development.In this paper, drawing on previous theoretical studies for basic corporate diversification strategy and core competencies, we analyze the relationship between corporate diversification and enterprise diversification strategy to certain Liaoning Coal Industry Group Company, from the perspective of business diversification, through the analysis of a Coal Group diversified capabilities, the need for diversification of the research enterprise; By studying the diversification strategy of the group of companies,it’s order to seek for the company diversified rational model. In a Coal Group diversified development process, it is based on the current situation, according to local conditions to choose their own level of development of diversified industrial and diversified to avoid the development process of blindness. On this basis, it combines a Coal Group’s own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, diversifies development evaluation, to provide solutions for its diversified business strategy, to build a diversified enterprise core competitiveness of coal-based business strategy framework for enterprises to seek diversified development of new ideas.
