| Manufacturing plays an important role to promote China’s economic development as a backbone of the national economy. But from the perspective of current manufacturing technological innovation, China is not enough to be called "Manufacturing Power". The fundamental reason for low efficiency of technological innovation and poor innovation ability is a lack of capacity for independent innovation.The advent of the era of network economy has made the whole society networked and informationalized. Enterprise is very easy to get cheap and valuable knowledge and information in this context. The network environment mainly refers the interaction and interdependence presented in talent, information, capital, technology, material and other related aspects among the organizations due to the development of networked and informationalized society. If enterprise wants to do technology innovation,then it is essential to collect internal and external information through network, so as to realize linking production with sales, alliance among enterprises,collaboration with outsourcing etc,thus changing the factors of technology innovation. That using the current network environment to develop manufacturing industry of Shanxi can help promote its economic transformational development and the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, the primary issue is to combine the network environment to study independent innovation model in Shanxi.The concepts of network environment, independent innovation, open innovation and basic features were defined and summarized by reading domestic and foreign literature. And the relationship between the network environment and independent innovation was analyzed from five aspects namely that innovation resources, innovation subject, the way of cooperation between innovation subject, innovation efficiency and the allocation of innovation product. Three basic modes of independent in Shanxi were introduced and the association of three modes was analyzed. The problems that Shanxi province manufacturing proceeds independent innovation at present were summarized. The effects of network environment on Shanxi independent innovation capability were analyzed from the characteristics of three aspects,namely, independent innovation, process and capacity. Open innovation model under the network environment circumstance of manufacturing in Shanxi was built on the basis of the three basic modes of innovation, combining with innovative model building principles, guidelines, internal and external factors of innovation model, using the mechanism of network environment and theory of independent innovation ability elements. In order to examine the built model, evaluation system of open innovation capacity was designed under the circumstance of network environment. Three indexes that innovation openness, innovation autonomy, innovation outputs were divided in evaluation system. Factor analysis method was used for computing on the SPSS20.0 software, it was concluded that: Shanxi manufacturing still has a solid foundation of independent innovation, but the Shanxi province innovation mode is still independent innovation. Lack of innovation openness, lack of cooperation with advanced enterprises of other provinces and there is no good use of advanced technological achievements that outside the enterprise and professional, technical personnel to service for enterprise’s innovative. Present innovation model has been unable to meet the network environment. Changing innovation model and conducting open innovation are important ways to improve the capability of Shanxi independent innovation. Finally, appropriate recommendations were proposed to carry out the open innovation model according to the empirical results. This study enriches the theory of open innovation system and has certain theoretical significance. Meanwhile, this study provides a reference for enterprises to choose innovative model and also has an important practical significance. |
