With the popularization of IT technology and Internet,the continuous development of new media,the payment field has also undergone tremendous changes,and the distinction between online payment and offline payment market has become increasingly blurred.Under such economic background,two-dimensional code payment has a more rapid development momentum and opportunity in the new market structure.As the first batch of systemic and important commercial banks in China,China Construction Bank is also experiencing unprecedented market competition and pressure.In such a grim economic situation,the Xuzhou branch of CCB has a relatively perfect wind control system and evaluation system,and the state's supervision system for commercial banks is more stringent and mature.Therefore,compared with Alipay and WeChat,Xuzhou branch of CCB has certain advantages in carrying out the two-dimensional code payment business.However,due to the influence of macroeconomic environment,micro-economic factors,market competition and other reasons,the two-dimensional code payment of CCB has appeared the situation of weak development.Under the background of the fierce competition of mobile payment market,how to further gain and maintain the competitive advantage of Xuzhou branch of CCB's two-dimensional code payment is a problem that must be considered at present.Starting from the rise and development of the two-dimensional code,this paper analyses the traditional banking business,and considers the whole banking industry in China,and expounds the necessity and importance of the two-dimensional code payment business of the China Construction Bank.Firstly,through literature research method,we have a preliminary understanding of domestic and foreign scholars on competitive strategy and related research results.Through data collection,collation and analysis,we also analyze the status quo and problems of the two-dimensional code payment business of Xuzhou Branch of CCB.By reviewing the relevant literature on new mobile payment services at home and abroad,we have a more comprehensive understanding and understanding of the relevant factors and development direction of the impact of consumers using two-dimensional code payment,which lays a solid foundation for the theoretical research of these chapters.Then,through statistical analysis,comparative analysis and case study,the paper makes statistical and comparative analysis of various data of the past Xuzhou Branch of CCB and the national macro-market,further understands the different reasons affecting the two-dimensional code payment,and statistics and analyses the actual competitive situation of the two-dimensional code payment business of Xuzhou Branch of CCB in the market expansion.The macro environment and market environment of the two-dimensional code payment business of Xuzhou Branch of China Construction Bank are emphatically analyzed.By using the questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the consumer behavior of the Xuzhou branch of CCB,analyzes the survey data of Alipay's business expansion,and makes a simple analysis of the users' cognition and usage,so as to summarize the factors that affect the consumers or users.So as to put forward reasonable strategic suggestions for the development of the two-dimensional code payment business market of China Construction Bank Xuzhou Branch.This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the development of China's bank's two-dimensional code payment business through the development of the two-dimensional code payment business of Xuzhou Branch of China Construction Bank,and to point out the opportunities and theoretical suggestions for the continuous improvement of the industry development.
