A Study On The Relationship Between Poverty Alleviation Capacity Building And Industry Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a worldwide problem, the incidence of poverty has seriously affected the normal production of the world production and life. Get rid of poverty has become an important task to be completed of our modernization process. Industrial poverty alleviation is one of the important sectors of China’s poverty alleviation. To strengthen the construction of poverty alleviation ability has a positive impact for industrial poverty alleviation. It is also conductive to solving the problem of poverty. This paper studies the relationship between the pro-poor capacity building and Industrial poverty alleviation based on the background above, in order to make some positive proposals for the implementation of poverty alleviation.In determining the standard of poverty, pro-poor capacity building and industrial poverty alleviation, I chose the Shangri-La county, Ludian county and Qiubei county in Yunnan Province to make the Field Research. In the research I collected data by in-depth interviews and questionnaires, then I use statistical software to analysis the data, after that I established a relationship model on the pro-poor capacity building and industrial poverty alleviation. At last I got the conclusion that the pro-poor capacity building has an important impact on Industrial poverty alleviation.All these researches are included in the finally conclusions:the management capabilities of pro-poor project and resources have a direct impact on industrial poverty alleviation. farmers’ participation also has the direct impact to industrial poverty alleviation; the management capacity of pro-poor project and resources, the inner management capacity of government and communities, the self-development capacity of farmers and ability to participate in poverty alleviation projects have indirect effect on industrial poverty alleviation through the intermediary variable which called the quality and level of staff involvement. At last, this paper gives some suggestions to the poverty alleviation. At the same time, I get a clear direction for future research.
