Abstract/Summary:
China automobile industry after 60 years of development, have different training model in improving dealers operating capacity. This article through to the traditional concept of training such as training goal level, with today’s popular network training (E-Learning),hybrid four level learning organic combination of theory. Through the Internet and library query system at home and abroad, paper books, journals, reports, and other related documents, fully studied the auto 4S dealer sales training others research results and the development status of the industry. At the same time in order to fully understand the true state of the enterprise operation, obtain first-hand information, with the brand of automotive OEMs K as an example, conducted field visits, conducted extensive interviews and analyses the dealer 4S store sales jobs and the curriculum setting. Through carefully designed questionnaires to collect data, at the same time, using the analysis software(SPSS) on the course and post correlation processing and statistics and other kinds of factors. According to the calculation results, the use of comparative analysis, induction and deduction methods and theoretical model combining, expounds the correlation between all kinds of factors, summarize the reason of influence factors of sales training. Combined with the domestic and foreign advanced, scientific and effective method of management concept and take full account of the domestic brand car 4S shop enterprises of their own characteristics, to explore the enterprises with new sales training mode, which is a new choice -- the effective combination of traditional training and network training set the training mode.
