Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Tourism Economic Integration Development Research

Regional tourism integrated development, which caused by regional economic integration,is the senior pattern of tourism industry. The planning of Shandong Peninsula Blue EconomicZone, which is reshaping the economic pattern of Shandong province, provides a strategicchance of tourism industry. Shandong provincial government has put great emphasis on tourismdevelopment. The World Tourism Organization (WTO) has raised The Plan for Seaside Tourismof Shandong Province in2005. Seven cities were in the scope of the plan, such as QingdaoYantai and Weihai. President Hu pointed out that great emphasis should be put on theconstruction of marine economy in order to establish the Shandong Peninsula Blue EconomicZone, which is critical for Shandong Tourism Development. The research of Regional Tourismintegration has great meaning in practice and theoretical research of Shandong Peninsula BlueEconomic Zone.The paper includes three parts. First of all, the ‘six in one’ regional tourism integrateddevelopment model has been built, which summarizing the regional tourism strategyplanning,regional tourism product function system, regional tourist market, regional tourismservices, regional tourism public services, and regional tourism promotion policy into regionaltourism integration development model construction.Secondly, the paper summarizes the tourism integrated development of Yangtze River Deltaand Pearl River Delta, and sum up three experiences of regional tourism integrated development,which is government leading, market basing, and industrial cluster.Finally, it has made the blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone tourism integratedDevelopment in order. Above all, the disadvantages have been pointed out so as to analyze the‘six in one’ model, and the research propose several policy of regional tourism integrateddevelopment of Blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone.
