As China’s economy sustained and healthy development, urbanization continues to accelerate, the real estate industry’s position in the economy has become increasingly prominent, but also to China’s real estate market has brought both opportunities, it also brings infinite challenge. In this paper, the real estate business in Jiangxi famous--BT Group as a research object, is a real estate-based, widely diversified business conglomerates. BT Group, representing some of the mature, strong well-known real estate companies, the development of strength is relatively weak, the lack of core competitiveness.
