With the economic globalization, the competition between enterprises is increasing intense. How to make the enterprise successful in the fierce competition? The human resources management supports each enterprise to obtain competitive advantage and become one of the important magic weapons for success. In the enterprise management, performance management is to improve enterprise management level and it is one of the important means of enterprise employees to improve their work performance. At the same time, establish a complete performance management system and its effective implementation, can promote the development of enterprise, and enhance enterprise’s market competitiveness. At present, we can also found, enterprise also pay more and more attention to the establishment of the enterprise performance management system, but what kind of performance management system to adapt to the development of its own? This is a point which confused many enterprises. Even if some enterprise set up a complete performance management system, but the real can effectively implement the specific management practices in the enterprise, few and far between. Take according to the proposed problem, analyzing problem, solving the problem of train of thought, starting from the analysis of the performance management problem, now in AX, combined with the theory of performance management at home and abroad, a targeted to AX company put forward a set of optimized scheme of performance management and implementation of security.In this paper, the integrated use of the balanced scorecard (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPI),360-degree of examination, management by objectives (MBO), and other advanced performance appraisal methods, systematically studied the AX the company’s existing performance management system, develop AX systemic optimization scheme, especially in the performance evaluation methods, communication, performance appraisal and performance management optimization scheme of the implementation of the safeguard this several aspects has carried on the thorough research, for AX company provides relatively perfect performance management system optimization scheme and implementation of security.In this paper, by optimizing the AX company performance management system, can help managers to improve the understanding of the importance of performance management, helps managers use performance management the management means, improve the management level. At the same time, the optimization program emphasizes the participation of the enterprise, not only enhance the enterprise staffs sense of belonging, also helps to improve enterprise employees’ job performance; USES a variety of evaluation methods, optimize the existing performance evaluation method, to enhance the accuracy and completeness of performance appraisal; Emphasized the bilateral nature of performance communication and sustainability, and highlights the importance of performance communication in performance appraisal, and help to improve the staffs work enthusiasm. Through the optimization of system performance management implementation, can improve the performance of employees and enterprises, so as to realize the strategic goal of enterprise and promote enterprise benign and high-speed development. At the same time, it will also be helpful to ATM manufacturing enterprise performance management design and optimization of reform to provide some reference case.
