China and South Korea is separated by the sea, the development ofcommunication between the two countries has a unique advantage, and there are alot of similarities between the two cultures. Since China and South Korea establisheddiplomatic relations in1992, the number of South Korean tourists travel to China tomaintain sustained growth, to2005, Korea surpassed Japan to become the largestsource country of China’s inbound tourism, and plays an important role in China’sinbound tourism system. In this study, on the premise of a collection of related data,and through analyze the scale of South Korean tourists tour China, their destinationselection,their characteristic to analyze the characteristics of the market in Korea, weadopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative method and use gray systemprediction method to determinate the market efficiency of Korean tourists, on thisbasis, we propose a scientific and rational, instructive countermeasures to open up themarket of the South Korean tourists. The study is divided into six chapters, thecontents of each chapter is organized as follows:Chapter One: Introduction. In this chapter, this paper introduces the researchbackground, purpose and significance and research methods, and puts forward theoverall technical paper route. On this basis, this paper put forward the related researchof domestic and international tourism market and the Korean tourist market toprovides relevant literature support.Chapter Two: Korean outbound tourism market development. In this chapter,mainly analyzes the overall outbound tourism market size, outbound tourism policychanges, the analysis of the flow of tourists to dissect the Korean present outboundtourism market.Chapter Three: The development of the market of the South Korean touriststraveling to China. In this chapter, mainly analyze the overall tourist size of themarket, the destination selection, the characteristics of Korean tourists, touristsatisfaction to evaluate the present status of China tourist market for Korean.Chapter Four: South Korean visitors market efficiency analysis with gray correlation method. In this section, firstly analyze the per capita spending of theKorean visitors traveling to China, on this basis, we use gray correlation theory andquantitative method to dissect the economic benefit of Korean tourist market in depth.Chapter Five: Conclusions and recommendations. In this section, mainly summarizethe results of the analysis discussed in above chapters, and put forward furtherdevelop countermeasures and suggestions.Chapter Six: The conclusions, innovation, insufficient and prospects of theresearch. This chapter summarizes the main innovations and shortcomings of thisstudy, and provide outlook for future research in related fields.
