South Korea is monopoly dominated by wealthy families, developed into large enterprises led by the economic entity, in order to Samsung, Hyundai, LG and other large enterprises on behalf of the Korean economy. Although it is a late entry into the Chinese market, the development is very fast. Especially since1992, Diplomatic relations between the two countries is more rapid development of economic and trade exchanges. After joining the WTO, China’s opening pattern Omni-directional, multi, optimizing the investment environment has attracted a series of changes have taken place both for south Korean enterprise to provide a more a large spot for development. In the principal motive of south Korean enterprise to invest in China is China’s cheap labor and resources, after the migration to production line to China are exported to Korea or transfer of production bases of third countries. This concept is consistent with environment at that time, but in the short term is outdated and there are a lot of problems.This paper from Korea enterprise development in China of course start with comprehensive comparison between Korea and Europe and Japan different marketing strategies in China, summed up come to Korea in China issues of development, I use the international marketing strategies and strategic knowledge management theory, and made Korea enterprise strategies in China market, and propose appropriate security measures. Korea business development in China provides some theory and practical guidance.This paper is consists of six chapters in total, chapter Ⅰ is introduction, it describes the purpose of the main topics. Introduce China’s literature overview in chapter Ⅱ, chapter Ⅲ is analysis of Korea business of present marketing situation in China, the chapter IV is Korea enterprise marketing strategy formulation in China, the chapter Ⅳ is Korea marketing strategy of implement of safeguard in China, the chapter Ⅵ is closing remarks.
