Research On The Innovation Of Petroleum Enterprise Culture Development

Petroleum, as blood of industry, is an important part of strategic material in our country, which has great significance for ensuring production and living, stimulating economic growth and promoting coordinated development of relevant industry. The enterprise culture, being considered as the soul and the stimulus sustained development of the enterprise, is one of important act to be constructed. And then, the article has analyzed the meanings, driving forces and requirements of culture innovation for the oil enterprise, discussed the necessary, urgency, possibility and practicability of the innovation culture. The article build the driving force model of the oil enterprise innovation culture in which our country’s development strategy is basic power, the upgrade transformation of the oil enterprise is the leading power and the public image instruction of the oil enterprise is the auxiliary power. The condition model of the oil enterprise culture built in this article consists of external condition which contains policy conditions, technology conditions and market conditions, internal condition which contains the enterprise conditions, culture resource conditions and product conditions. Finally, this article discussed the countermeasures of the oil enterprise innovation culture from four aspects:cultivating the spiritual culture taking the socialist values as the core, cultivating the humanized institutionalized culture taking the legal and honesty as the core, cultivating the health civilization behavior culture taking the professional and thrift as the core and cultivating the characteristic efficiency culture taking the high quality and good faith as the core. Lastly, the article presented the measures of safeguard for innovating the oil enterprise culture form five aspects in order to put the oil enterprise culture innovation countermeasures into practice smoothly.
