Performance appraisal is the focus of human resource management, also is the core content ofenterprise performance management. Study a set of complete and practical, fair performanceappraisal system can achieve the effect of incentive for enterprise employees and attract, andmake the employee’s potential for development, a more positive working attitude, to improveenterprise competitiveness, enhance the enterprise’s overall business ability, realizing themaximization of corporate profits.Therefore, in this paper, on the basis of combining the theory of performance appraisal,combining the reality of A gas station staff performance appraisal, through performance appraisalindex, the performance appraisal standard, performance appraisal, performance appraisal results,four aspects analyzes the company A gas station staff status and existing problems ofperformance appraisal. On this basis, the company A gas station to improve staff performanceappraisal system, from the Angle of the motivate employees, around the "income contribution",break the pot drawbacks for the principle, the optimization of performance appraisal object, inthe determination of performance appraisal indicators and in determining the performancemethod, work performance, work attitude, ability to work organic combination, through keyperformance indicators (KPI), work target index and OEC appraisal method and theimplementation of the360-degree evaluation method, so as to make up the performanceindicators indicators and assessment is not scientific problems. To effectively promote theimplementation of the performance appraisal scheme, with TS gas station as an example of theperformance appraisal system were shown the specific evaluation process.
