Research On Enterprise Culture Construction Of Kunming DT Company

The subway is an emerging industry in China. However, China metro enterprises have been given a strong tradition of state-owned enterprise colors due to the following reasons:first, the traditional definition of subway is a part of government public welfare; second, almost all metro in the world depending on state subsidies is a matter of fact; third, it is thought that the ticket income cannot maintain the company’s operation. Under such circumstances, where should metro enterprises go? How should they position, and how to achieve their own economic benefits as far as possible on the premise of how to meet the social gains, in order to keep them survival and developing in the market economy environment. These issues are also placed in front of Kunming metro company.Enterprise culture construction has been the main focus of future development direction of the company since the Kunming metro established. As a key construction project of Yunnan and even of the whole country, the enterprise culture construction for Kunming Rail Transit Group Company is extremely urgent. The feasible proposals for enterprise culture construction and development should be made by studying the development mode of foreign advanced city subway enterprise culture, as well as integrating local mode of enterprise culture construction. To make feasible recommendations to corporate culture construction through discussing how to utilize the combination of enterprise culture construction theories and enterprise culture construction status, from the analysis of enterprise culture construction to the comprehensive understanding of entire subway industry mode.There are six chapters in total included in this thesis. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background and significance, the research contents, the research ideas and methods, as well as research framework. The second chapter is the summary of related theories. It mainly introduces the organizational culture and enterprise culture, also the importance of corporate culture construction to the enterprise development. The third chapter introduces the modes of subway enterprise culture construction in China and overseas. To make foreign advanced subway enterprise culture construction as the reference for enterprise culture construction of Kunming Rail Transit Group Company. The fourth chapter is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of enterprise culture construction in Kunming.Rail Transit Group Company, while the fifth chapter presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The last chapter is the summary, which includes conclusion, innovation, and faults of the thesis, as well as the future research subjects. The chapter three to five is the core of this thesis.This paper studies the enterprise culture construction of Kunming Rail Transit Group Company via four aspects, and finally integrates cultures of different aspects seamlessly to improve work efficiency, enhance corporate competitive advantages and make better development. In the meantime, it also serves as a reference for other cities’metro companies in which enterprise culture construction is undergoing.
