After thirty years of reform and development, private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy. Along with the development and competition, the internal operation mechanism of private enterprise frequently encountered problems, especially in term of human resource management. How to stimulate creativity of human resource in order to create sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises become the new challenges faced by private enterprises. The emergence of Competing for position opened the door for the human resource management. Many enterprises traveled there to explore the way of human resource management.Competing for position is an effective way of human resource configuration, which selects and allocates personnel through the mode of " open, justice, fair" for enterprises. Competing for position establish the open and transparent management mechanism and the "competitive" mechanism of employing, it utilizes the internal human resource assets and prompts staff proactive ahead.Competing for position has received the certain positive effect in the practice of the private enterprises, but also exposed many limitations of private enterprises in the implementation process management. In view of the present problems which most private enterprises are not enough to know competing for position. This paper, through theoretical overview of competition for position, taking the Y group as an example, analyzes human resource management issues and competition for employment problems in practice. Earnestly poses Y group competition for the design and research of the induction scheme. In the scheme, besides the introduction of job analysis, personnel assessment and process, emphatically put forward the suggestion in the posts of follow-up work and supporting mechanism.
