Research On The Development Strategy Of Logistics Industry In Wuhai City

As a third state pilot resource-exhausted city, Wuhai is on the important process of economic transformation and industrial adjustments for the purpose of bettering the tertiary industries, quickening the pace of industrial promotion and transformation and taking on the tertiary industrial structural adjustments as the strategic key points of our economic development.Logistics industry plays an important part in reducing the production cost,enhancing the comprehensive competition and improving the economic quality and benefits for enterprises.It is of great significance for improving people’s life, stimulating the economic transformation and urbanization as well as building the city into a serving centre of west Inner Mongolia A. R So it is important to further develop our logistics industry.This essay lays stress on the city’s logistics industrial development strategy.At first, it introduces the research background,importance as well as its contents.The author analyzes from two aspects the industrial structure and transport output of the present situation of Inner Mongolia logistics industry, and in the meantime states the existing situation of Wuhai transportation logistics industry in terms of its logistics value added,total output of the transport, logistics facilities,the present state of the logistics enterprises and the information development.The article tackles the main problems as well as the important opportunities for the logistics industry in the development of Wuhai logistics industry,clarifying the strategic goal of the city’s logistics industry, the strategic systems and principles of its formation as well as its implementation strategies indetails.At present, based on the present highway and railway transportation,a new combined land-highway-railway logistics mode has been put forward to promote and stimulate the development of Wuhai’s logistics industry,including ten logistics industrial development policies and eight protection measures regarding taxation、anding、funds、human、resources, etc.
