In the traditional model of urban development of industry and agriculture,ecological environment and economic development at opposite ends, seriouslyaffected the ability of urban sustainable development, restricting the urbandevelopment potential and prospects. And ecological civilization city takes theconcept of ecological civilization era significance into urban development system,make out of the plight of unsustainable urban development, has become the currentadvanced forms of urban development. At present, the ecological civilization citydevelopment model has become the new direction of the urban development in ourcountry. But the domestic related research is still in development stage, rarely by thepublished literature system of ecological civilization city development mode andsystem. This paper tries to from the perspective of city marketing, relying on themature theory system in city marketing theory in the field of ecological civilizationcity development to carry on the theoretical exploration. In this paper, by means ofmarketing, city marketing, brand marketing and other related theory achievement,through the study and understanding of the theoretical results, trying to build inGuiyang city as an example of ecological civilization theory framework, expandecological civilization city theory content, provide theoretical basis for ecologicalcivilization city development.This paper is divided into four parts except the introduction and conclusion:The first part is the introduction part, as the opening chapter of the essay, do useplay an outline. This chapter from the selected topic background, the selected topicsignificance, research ideas, research methods and innovation points briefly discussesfive parts. To build the theoretical framework, combed the article mentality.The second part is the literature review part, can be divided into three parts. Thefirst part of the system introduces the research status quo of city marketing theory andthe connotation of city marketing, the second part expounds the theory of ecologicalcivilization city research status at home and abroad, the definition and connotation ofecological civilization city and ecological city development experience abroad anddomestic ecological problems in the urban development of civilization. The third partis the core of this article theory, this paper expounds the ecological civilization citydevelopment strategy. This section is divided into: the city development strategyconnotation problems facing the urban development, ecological civilization, ecological civilization city development strategy, and put forward the "4c theory ofcity marketing" this innovative argument.The third part, it is the core of part, this part is divided into the general strategyof the ecological civilization city development and ecological civilization citydevelopment strategy. The general strategy of the development in this paper, the thirdchapter, namely child strategy is made up of chapter4to chapter7.
