Study On The Development Model Of Ecological Agriculture In Handan City Of Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

With the rapid development of global economy, the concept of ecological civilization is becoming more and more popular. Agriculture, as the foundation of the national economy industry and the important guarantee of social and economic development, plays an irreplaceable role in promoting economic stability, health and sustainable development. In order to pursue high production, high efficiency and high energy, the agricultural production oriented focus on the traditional model, sacrifices large amounts of resources, pollutes the environment, ignores the resources saving and comprehensive utilization, ignores the protection of ecological environment, and finally results in the huge decrease of agricultural resources and the serious destruction of ecological environment. Against this background, our country and its people pay more and more attention to the development of ecological agriculture model. In the report of 18 Party Congress, "rural economy, rural development and rural demography" is regarded as the key content of the Party, which needs to speed up the development of modern agriculture to increase agricultural comprehensive power. The report also puts the ecological civilization construction, economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction in "five one" socialist modernization construction. Ecological agriculture, which is under the guidance of ecological civilization theory, is a positive response and transformative upgrading of the mode of agricultural development.Handan city located in the most southern part of Hebei province is a predominantly agricultural city. The history of agriculture development is long, including "China’s Pepper County" Jize’s pepper industry, "the hometown of laying hens" Guantao’s laying hens industry, "the hometown of pears in China" Wei country’s pear industry and so on. All of these agricultural resources have distinctive features, the good foundation and the congenital conditions of developing ecological agriculture and practice base, but they lack science and technology input and scientific management support, lack the consciousness of environmental protection, therefore the ecological agriculture development remains to be further perfected and improved. Developing ecological agriculture is the most important strategic choice to the transformation of the pattern of economic development, the construction of ecological civilization in Handan, and to be in favor of the concept of ecological civilization and realize the sustainable development of ecological agriculture industry.Under the guidance of ecological civilization theory, through literature research, empirical analysis, this paper does research into the connotation of ecological agriculture, the significance of developing ecological agriculture, and suggestions of developing ecological agriculture. Through analyzing the situation of agricultural development in Handan city, which is the object of the research, it summarizes the difficulties and problems, and on this basis, combining the reality of Handan city, the research further builds the stereoscopic symbiotic mode of ecological agriculture development like Jize’s pepper industry, recycle mode of ecological agriculture development like Guantao county’s laying hens industry, and the complex ecological agriculture development mode like Wei country’s pear industry. At the same time, the report puts forward the concrete system guarantee and industrial security to promote the agriculture development mode of Handan city and, so as to better realize the good unity of the economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits.
