As communication technology update,3g,4g, has entered a period of mass development, increasing competition among operators, so Unicom faces the challenge even more severely.Rational distribution channels, channel efficiency and enterprise’s core competitivene is the important way for Unicom to meet the challenge and achieve a strong position in the market competition.The papers reseaches the city of wulanchabu branch of China Unicom, Based on the basic theory of channel management, the use of literature research, field surveys, data analysis and other methods, after a detailed investigation into the business, to analyse of problems existing in wulanchabu City branch channel and the gap with rivals. Combined the actual situation of the company,the paper reviews the planning of social channels, focus on the construction of urban, rural channel clearly, upgrade the level of channel management by channel grid; focusing on " WO in thousands of stores " actions proposed by construction operations, set a reasonable assessment methods:helping sales to visiting the store specification, raising the level of Channel standard operating,increase the leverage effect agents’ commissions, upgrading channel control countermeasures.
