Since the Reform and Open to the 0utside World, The Chinese economy has attracted worldwide performance. However, behind the rapid economic growth brought serious environmental problems,such as,air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution,which had impacted on people`s production and life.The Third Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee adopt the Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms. The Decision emphasized that the market should play a deisive role in the allocation of resources,and clearly put forward to practice the system of paid use of resources and the ecological compensation in accelerating the construction of the ecological civilization system section,so under this background, the imperative of implementation of ecological compensation remains in our country. Based on this point, this thesis researchs on ecompensation system from view of marketization to alleviate the ecological environment problems. Starting from the theory of the market mechanism of ecological compensation, designs the basic framework of the market mechanism of ecological compensation. And then through the introduction of foreign typical cases can provide the beneficial reference for exploring ecological compensation of marketization. Then analysis of our country`s the current situation, importance and feasibility of the market mechanism of ecological compensation, and putting forward to measures. One is to play complementary roles of government and market, two is to accelerate the legislative process, three is to complete the ecological compensation standard quantitative system as soon as possible, four is to use the payment based on the market, five is to establish effective evaluation of ecological compensation mechanism, six is to introduce community participation, and improve the participation of the public. Finally, taking the Three Gorges Reservoir Districts of the ecological compensation an example, the paper analyses the Three Gorges Reservoir Districts ecological compensation problems, on the basis of above concludes countermeasures, combining with the actual situation of the Three Gorges Reservoir Districts, which Puts forward the concrete means, Such as, Setting it up as a ecological zone, improving its the mechanism of ecological capital operation, and taking China Three Gorges Corporation as its carrier to conduct marketization compensation.
