With the rapid development of economy and the expanding of human activities nowadays, the supply and demand between human and land resources are more are more and more unbalance. In order to get more power, the Three Gorges Dam intercepted the stream of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, which lifted the water level in the affected area and many fields were inundated. Many peasants lost their farmland and had to find new farmland, the irrigation conditions of hydro-fluctuation belt is better than other uncultivated land and attract many peasants. the human activities degraded the local ecosystems the climate’s stability is threatened. Many countries choose to subsidize their agricultural producers for solving the problem. In order to make the compensation efficiently, to make the details of the compensation more comprehensive and fairer, we should know that how the peasants judge the compensation, the way they see it and the factors influenced their choices. Because of irrational human activities and ecological environment in the Three Gorges reservoir area is deteriorating, making this place one of the most important ecological sensitive areas in China, while this area is contiguous destitute area lies in the northeast of Chongqing, the ecological protection of the region face pressure as well. Currently in the northeast of Chongqing has established ecological conservation development areas, ecological compensation in the area of research and practice is necessary. Based on the current situation of the Three Gorges reservoir area, select a typical part of the county’s towns and villages in the region as the research object to survey households on Three Gorges Reservoir Ecological compensation is based on peasants’ acceptance of ecological compensation, specific tender value regression analysis and correlation analysis, in order to obtain recognition of farmers whether economic subsidies andspecific expectations, as well as farmers make the choice of psychological factors, thus give advice and opinions in the future implementation of ecological compensation practice in this area. Here are the main conclusions of this study: ① Peasants for Environmental awareness is not comprehensive. Economic pressure on agricultural income expanded its land reclamation, incomplete environmental awareness is one of the important reasons they eyeing Fluctuating Zone. is one of the important reasons they eyeing Fluctuating Zone. ② Up to 94.7 percent of rural households are willing to accept Fluctuating Ecological compensation, ecological compensation is feasible in this region. Logistic binary regression analysis shows that the impact of farmers whether to accept financial compensation depending on their level of knowledge of ecological agriculture and its share of total household income. ③ peasants’ willingness to bid arithmetic mean value of 563.3 Yuan, the factors affecting the value of the bid are the attitude of its use of state Fluctuating area and its existing footprint. ④ In order to minimize the cost of compensation practices and reduce the ecological pressure in the region, the paper recommends peasants to do the following aspects, the first to raise the level of ecological awareness, increase by level of education. Secondly, to focus on the industrial structure balanced while developing, reducing their dependence on traditional agriculture. Third, we must develop the economy at the core of ecological protection on the basis of organic agriculture and promote the development of green tourism and other green industries. At the same time it suggested that the state should improve as soon as the relevant legal system, accelerate the development of relevant laws and regulations.
