The quickening economic globalization and turbulent marketing environment lead to the employees who are in a transformative stage face large competitive and survival pressure, which is easily to induce the problem of job burnout. The emerging and development of job burnout not only endanger the employees’physical and mental health but also reduce the vitality of enterprise development, and further affect enterprise’ efficiency and performance. Therefore, how to prevent and relieve job burnout of employees is always an important issue to sociologists and business leaders. The authentic leadership is a new style of leadership, which has an important influence to employees’ emotiom attitude and behavior. So this paper tries to develop a model that considers authentic leadership as a predictor of job burnout and creatively considers coworker support as a boundary condition for the relationship between authentic leadership and job burnout.This paper uses the statistical analysis software named SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 to analyze and calculate the valid sample date(N=239).This study result shows that the authentic leadership includes four dimensionalities, namely, self-awareness、relational transparency、balanced processing and internalized moral perspective. The job burnout includes three dimensionalities, namely, emotional exhaustion、cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment. The one-dimensional model of coworker support is also verified. The four dimensionalities of authentic leadership (self-awareness、relational transparency、 balanced processing and internalized moral perspective) both have positive correlations with job burnout. Goworker support’s moderating role is significant positive in relational transparency and job burnout. Coworker support’s moderating role is also significant positive in internalized moral perspective and job burnout. Namely, the coworker support can strengthen the negative impact between relational transparency and job burnout. At the same time, the coworker support can also strengthen the negative impact between internalized moral perspective and job burnout.According to the above research results, it can get the following enlightenment: Firstly, the managers should develop the characteristic of authentic leadership and bring model into play the effect so as to guide the employees to recognize and evaluate themselves correctly. Secondly, they should treat everyone fairly and sincerely, feature emotional management philosophy and enhance communication and interaction. These measures can gain the employees’ trust and identification for the organization and leaders and then reduce the possibility of job burnout. Moreover, the enterprise should positively establish a harmonious and cooperative organizational atmosphere to promote exchanges and assistance between the employees, which can strengthen the regulatory mechanism between authentic leadership and job burnout. Finally, according to different employees’ characteristics, the enterprise should take different intervening measures to help employees relieve work stress and negative emotions, which can eventually prevent and reduce the condition of employees’ job burnout at the source.
