Chinese President xi inping,proposed the implementation in the new century the great idea of "Chinese dream",the core of the Chinese dream is country rich and strong(powerful),national prosperity,people's happiness.In the practice of enterprise management,enterprise's happiness and well-being of employees,is the enterprise management in a timely manner to understand the status of the internal management of the "barometer",the enterprise long-term survival depends on high efficiency and high performance,and the employee to create high performance and high efficiency working results depends on the happiness.True leadership theory is a new type of leadership theory,it is in previous scholars of leadership studies,positive psychology and organizational behavior,and moral philosophy derived on the basis of development.Emphasis on leaders give full play to its positive mental abilities and make full use of the organization of the development of situation,and combine both play a role,leading to stay awake during the process of leadership and management of self-awareness,keep relationship with employees dealing with relations between transparent,adhere to the internalization of moral values and decisions balance processing of a new style of leadership.Confucian culture has played a dominant role in Chinese traditional culture,possess very high status in the Chinese culture is home,home to be seen as the rely on emotion and experience.This article based on Chinese culture under the background of the authenticity of the leadership behavior influence on employee job happiness,joined the family support as regulating variable at the same time,through the empirical analysis,test its type in the real adjustment between leadership and staff work happiness.Through relevant theory and empirical studies of questionnaire survey,this study through the empirical analysis found that true leadership relations between transparent and internalization of moral values and balance of information processing and so on three dimensions has a significant positive influence on employee job happiness,sense of self has significantly positive effects on employee work happiness.'Family support staff can adjust the relationship between transparent and internalization of morality and the relationship between the staff well-being,the balance of self-awareness,information processing and the relationship between the employees work happiness does not have regulatory role.According to the results of this study,this paper puts forward some management Suggestions:?.Organizational aspects:1.The real leadership as the important basis of leading cadres to promote;2.Establishing and perfecting relevant real leadership training and selecting mechanism;3.Establish and improve the internal communication platform,strengthen the relationship between transparent consciousness;4.Challenge mechanism,encourage positive recommendations motivating;5.Organize the activities,strengthen interaction and communication between enterprise and employee's family.?.Leader aspects:1.To strengthen their self-cultivation,completes the role models;2.Pay attention to employee growth;3.Strengthen the communication with employees.At the end of the paper summarizes the limitations of this study and the future research direction was prospected.
