Express delivery industry as one of the emerging industry in our country, plays an important role in the development of China’s manufacturing industry and electronic commerce. Express delivery industry is closely linked with our life, more and more people can not leave the service of express delivery. It can be said that the development of express delivery industry and Commerce changed China consumption patterns. Development of express delivery industry, is not only the need to promote the its development, but also led to other industrial restructuring, increase consumption and expand employment. To enhance the development of endogenous driving force of economic growth, change the mode of economic development and promote the adjustment of industrial structure are inseparable from the express delivery industry. In the market economy, the rapid development of express industry in full flow greatly promote the resources, ensure the decisive role in the market, so the development and perfection of the express industry has important significance.The development of express delivery industry is so important to our country, the research of the supervision mode of express delivery industry, put forward suggestions on the existing problems, in order to promote the development of express delivery industry. In this paper, study the problems of the regulatory of Express delivery market in Zhanjiang, and puts forward the improvement measures, to provide evidence for the improvement of China’s express industry regulatory.
