Affected by the structural of warship, the supply dispatching on warship is different from the traditional land-based supply transportation. For the narrow passageways, quantity of supply passes through once time is limited. Supply transportation routes are relatively concentrated, conveyances change continually, supply's storage should comply with some rules, cabin for storage is scattered. If arranged disorderly, it is going to be blocked or fall into dead lock during the supply dispatching. A reasonable allocation of conveyances will help to avoid bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of the dispatching. The study of supply dispatching process on warship is significant. In this paper, the aircraft carrier "Kuznetsov" is associated to analyze the impact of the types and quantity of supplies, receiving mode and amount of receiving, cabin location, conveyances and the ship structure on dispatching. Basic Petri net system, timed Petri net, color Petri net and extended Petri net are used to model the dispatching system by separated blocks, then the blocks are combined to form the system model to analyze factors that impact the dispatching process.Concepts of discrete event system are used in the description of the supply dispatching, and simulation model is established to research how the conveyances work during the dispatching process. In order to avoid the deadlock phenomenon, claim capacity is used to limit the number of labors that head for narrow compartments in the cabin once a time. Then the allocation of conveyances and labors is optimized to guide the dispatching process.
