The impact of the cheap import coal and a new policy of clean energy lead to the domestic coal industry profits fell, at the same time the management problem of company exposed, the past vulgar management style has already not adapt to enterprise development in the future. Performance management is an important part of enterprise management, and it is also productivity management. To establish perfect effective performance system can improve the workers performance of work. It is a basis that the companies make some decisions, such as promotion, salary increase, and bonus. And then it also can create a harmonious working atmosphere, improve the level of productive forces and enhance a force of company’s competitiveness. However, there are some lacks with the company’s performance system. The main reasons due to the flaws of system design and do not implement in time. This situation leads to workers not willing to cooperate with performance appraisal, and the company also does not use the results of the assessment in suitable way. So the most important thing for company is to establish an effective performance appraisal system, this system can influence the company future.This article studies how to improve the company’s performance appraisal system, base on a system we have already existed, and reference to some the domestic and foreign excellent management concept to study. Through to survey staff performance appraisal satisfaction and to analyze the current situation of the company, using the integrated 360-degree evaluation method and the key indicators management, the company’s strategic target divides some small performance goals into different departments of the company. To design a set of operation methods to suit the company’s performance appraisal process, the company adds the communication mechanism of performance appraisal and performance to deliver mechanism. This way is fill some missing key processes in passed performance appraisal system, which laid a foundation for enterprise to achieve business objectives in the future.The performance appraisal system is not only a molding, but according to two aspects of internal and external environment change to adjust continuously, and then to build a dynamic complete closing loop process. Overall, the performance appraisal system should catch up with world progress. It is a long way to go to explore performance evaluation system of company in the future.
