Research On The Efficiency Of Enterprise Network

Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the enterprises can’t independent from peripheral environment. In order to get the sustainable development, enterprises must embed into the enterprise network, and learn from each other within the network in order to get the required network resources. At first, this paper adopts the method of literature analysis to lay the theoretical foundation of the full text, then uses the method of questionnaire survey to obtain sample data, and finally builds a multiple stepwise regression model to analysis the network resource factors and institutional environment factors affecting to the efficiency of enterprise network.This research includes four aspects. First of all, based on the network resource and the institutional environment, this research summarizes the literatures of enterprise network, and reviews the relevant literatures on the efficiency of enterprise network. Then based on the results of the predecessors’ researches, analyzes the network resource factors and the institutional environment factors which influence the efficiency of the enterprise network. Second, according to the theory frame, construct the index system of efficiency, select three secondary indicators to measure the system of network resources factors and the environmental factors, selects the enterprise network planning and control ability to measure the efficiency of enterprise network, then researches the improvement of the network efficiency. Third, the article uses the method of "Likert 7 point" to survey 50 high-tech enterprises in Shaanxi province, and the questionnaire obtains the firsthand data. Then, use SPSS 19.0 to analyze the network resource and institutional environment factors affecting the network efficiency with the method of multiple stepwise regression analysis. The analysis concludes the concrete factors which influence the efficiency of enterprise network. Fourth, according to the improvement of the network efficiency and the empirical analysis, this research constructs the supporting measures of network efficiency.The main conclusion of this research includes the following two points. The first one is that the network structure and the network information service have positive effects on the efficiency of enterprise network. The enterprises should improve cognitive ability of the network structure and the capabilities of network information sharing, and the government should promote the formation of network structure, which combines with enterprise and scientific institution. The second one is that the institution environment outside the network, the institution environment inside the network and the institution environment between the enterprises have positive effects on the efficiency of enterprise network. Enterprise network should establish credit guarantee mechanism strictly, and build an operative culture atmosphere. The government should adjust relevant policies to promote the linkage of government and enterprises.
