This paper is to explore psychological contract's influence dimension and how psychological contract affect firm network's efficiency under firm network's environment based on organizational behavior. Scholars had further studied on how psychological contract affect organizational performance under hierarchic organization, but firm network's psychological contract and psychological contract under hierarchic organization are two different concept, so how firm network's psychological contract affect firm network's efficiency is under uncertainty.This paper summarized causality relationships between firm network's psychological contract and firm network's efficiency based on former scholars'research conclusions, and added two variables (trust and satisfaction) into the model of firm network's psychological contract and firm network's efficiency. Secondly this paper collected data by questionnaires, then used SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0 to conduct reliability analysis, KMO test and validity analysis. When the results was suitable for causality analysis, this paper conducted fitting analysis between firm network's psychological contract and firm network's efficiency by structural equation model to test whether firm network's psychological contract could promote firm network's efficiency or not. Lastly this paper discussed the above conclusions, proposed management suggestions, defects of this study and direction of further study.This paper concluded innovation as followed:1. This paper summarized psychological contract's influence dimension under firm network environment according to theoretical deduction then used empirical data to test it.2.
