As China join in the WTO and the rapidly development of the global economic integration process while the Chinese government has been pushing the reform policy, China`s economic has been grown in the speed way, China became the biggest market with big potential where attracted companies from all over the world to compete here.This article will analysis a German grinding tool manufacturing company A. A company has been doing the grinding tool business for a hundred years. But in China, A company is facing many problems. Under the fiercely competition from domestic and overseas competitors, how could A company maximize its advantages and make proper development strategy in this changing environment become a very important issue. It will determine its future in China.Upon the researching on site and communicating with the manager of the company, we will use analysis tools which we learned from school to analysis A company`s outer and inner environment and put forward constructive proposals to help A company to understand the whole marketing environment where it is in. Thus the environment has been changing constantly and we need to adopt our strategies according to the changing market.A company is a traditional Small Medium Enterprise(SME) which could represent many other SMEs in Europe. We all aware that small and medium enterprises in Europe especially in the well developed countries such like Germany and France, with the support from the local governments, the small and medium enterprises in those countries are now the key part of their economic. We hope this article could draw the attention from our government to the mall and medium enterprises in China. We do not deny the significant contribution which are made by the massive companies, but we do believe that the future belong to the small and medium enterprises.
