Electronic information manufacturing industry is one of early industries opened to world.At present, the industrial added value takes up more than 6% in the whole national industry and it has become the most important industry in China’s economy. China has become ahuge countryof electronic information manufacturing industry,but not strong. Our electronic products competitive advantage mainly comes from the low price and the industry located in the lower end of the global industrial chain.Under this background, China’s electronic information manufacturing industry to achieve industrial upgrading is a very important topic.This paper is mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the literature theory. The second part analyzes the modular background of this industry.The third part analyzes the driving force of electronic information manufacturing industry in China.In the first,studies the mechanism of technological innovationpromoting industrial upgrading.Then describes the different mode of technology innovation from three angles.The fourth part studies the path of China’s electronic information manufacturing industry upgrading.Firstly analyzes the international competitiveness from the perspective of the global value chain and comes to a conclusion that the industry located in the lower end of the global industrial chain.Then from the micro level, the paths selection of the industrial upgrading are to climb to the higher end of the global value chain and to follow the steps of technological innovation;from the industrial level, the cluster innovation is another important path of the industrial upgrading.The modularity makes the industry gather into the clusters in the space,thereforethe promotion of cluster innovation can effectively promote the cluster upgrading, and thus promote the electronic information manufacturing industry’s industrial upgrading.The fifth part is the suggestions.The main points and conclusions of the paper are listed firstly,and then gives suggestions respectively from two aspects of industrial policy and enterprise strategy. |
