| Alashan Economic Development District is located in "hu bao yin" economic zone. The transportation in Development District is convenience. It is rich in coal and salt, and it is one of the earliest established industrial zone in our country. The main industry structure is salt chemical, coal chemical and logistics transportation. There have made a lot of useful exploration in aspects of industrial restructuring, environmental quality improvement and comprehensive utilization of resources. It has success of recycling economy, the leading industrial groups and chain by the core business has been basically formed. However the chain structure of the development zone is not completed, compared with surrounding development zone the differences of development should be further expansion. The pressure on load, environment and water has increased, industrial restructuring and upgrading and energy saving requirements has increased. In 2013, the company of the development zone has overall loss of 750 million, losses incurred up to 53.85%. There are 21 companies have loss, various industries have different levels of loss, PV-industry has wide losses, coal chemical industry losses of 66.7%, salt chemical industry losses of 50%, fine Chemicals losses of 50%, smelting industry losses of 50%, building materials industry losses of 83.3%. At present, Alashan economic development zone in order to reduce the pressure of economic growth on resource supply, it should be making full use of resources to industrial transformation and upgrading, and to promote resource efficiency and recycling. This thesis analysis the Industry of external environment for the Alashan economic development zone, the present situation of the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure analysis and strategic choice analysis, and then to proposed industrial restructuring and upgrading of strategic initiatives. |
