Next, this paper developed the three alternatives on the levelof competitive strategy, cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy andcentralization strategy. And on the basis of Changshui international airport, the visionand ability of choice. In the strategic level, this paper put forward Changshuiinternational airport should be taken by the operating strategy, financial strategy andhr strategy.
