Through the comprehensive andprofound analysis on Shandong gold mining Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as SDcompany), SD company as a typical representative of the listing of China’sresource-based mining enterprises in patent management, has a certainreferentialvalue and significance.SD has achieved some success in the implementation of its management modewith its own characteristics in use, but there are still some problems. Through a comprehensive and thorough analysis, SD company has emphasized in patentmanagement work andpaysmore attention to the problems, andsummed up theshortage of mineral resources enterprises in patent management, which has a certaindegree of theoretical guidance, which guides the enterprises in the implementation ofthe patent management effectively, and in the sustainable development of resourcemining road.Through he introduction of the first chapter in this thesis,the detailed analysis ofthe resource type mining enterprises, the background and significance of the researchmethods and contents have been revealed.The significance of Shandong gold miningLimited will be studied.The second chapter is about the definition of basic concepts,which summarizes the types and characteristics of enterprise patent management andcharacteristics and resource type mining enterprises, and describes the significanceof the sustainable development of enterprises in the national economy.
