Rural micro-finance is a kind of new type finance based on the traditionalfinancial system. The target of rural micro-finance is to provide capital support for thefarmers and rural mid-small enterprises. Rural micro-finance is a type of significantmethod for reducing the poverty of farmers, which is possessed the advantages overthe traditional financial ways. With the advance of the new socialism ruralconstruction and new type urbanization in Yunnan Province, the agriculturalindustrializing and modernization will need more capital. The rural micro-finance isable to provide the capital for the rural economic development and for the ruralmid-small enterprises, which will promote the better and rapid development of ruraleconomic development in Yunnan province.The methods of literature review、comparative analysis、example、inductiveanalysis and experience conclusion were used to analyze the foreign and domesticresearch and development results of micro-finance research and deeply analyze thepresent situation、existing issues and confronting chances and challenge of ruralmicro-finance in Yunnan Province. In the end, the suggestions for the ruralmicro-finance in Yunnan Province were put forward:(1)Establish and perfect therelative laws and regulations of rural micro-finance;(2)Make the rural micro financialsupervision system perfect;(3)Explore the diversified rural financial organizations;(4)Perfect the rural micro-financial integration mechanism;(5)Establish the bettergovernment support system;(6)Establish the multi-layer micro-finance developmentmodes;(7) Make the rural micro-financial operation pattern;(8)Optimize the ruralmicro-finance development environment.
