In recent years, with rapid economic development, China’s market get the attention ofeach enterprise as the world’s biggest and fastest-growing, most development potential ofthe market. And if enterprises want to get in such a fierce competition environment tosurvive and grow, it is necessary to set up a scientific and rational enterprise developmentstrategic planning. Create and sustain competitive advantage in order to assure the survivaland development of the enterprise is the enterprise leaders inevitable topic, and its core liesin the enterprise strategy formulation and implementation. The essence of strategy is toobtain sustainable competitive advantage in order to create value, so as to bring a highlevel of returns to the owner. But if not to be put into practice effectively, strategic just canonly dream of a castle in the air, the survival and development of the enterprise will facehuge threats and challenges. As the world famous magazine "fortune" in the survey,70%of the world’s enterprise did not succeed, not because there is no set up a good strategy, butbecause the strategy is not well, apparently more important than planning.For the financial sector, with the constant innovation of financial derivatives andfinancial continuous impact of globalization, the Banks’ competition is becoming fierceincreasingly. After a "restructuring, foreign investment and public offering" trilogy, the ourcountry commercial bank operation and internal management, great changes have takenplace in the main commercial Banks also or clear their differentiation development strategyis put forward. But from a practical point of view, the current our country commercial bankthe development strategy of "slogan" is more than action, inadequate development strategyexecution is the existing common problems. Banking competition forced Baoshang bank toformulate its unique competitive advantage, strategic planning, and strategyimplementation need strong execution. Under the Baoshang Bank in such an environment,the problem of strategy implementation does not reach the designated position remains thesame, we must do something is to sustain growth. Therefore, It is very vital significancethe research of the execution of the strategy for Baoshang Bank.In this paper, we are using the theory of PEST for Baoshang bank internal andexternal environment analysis, SWOT theory to the Baoshang bank disadvantages,opportunities and challenges to carry on the analysis, combined with the actual situation ofBaoshang bank development strategy choice, mainly divided into three levels of strategy:corporate strategy, business layer strategy, strategy of function layer. And Baoshang bank’s three levels of strategy implementation present situation, found that the Baoshang bank’sstrategy in the execution of the existing problems, and explore its reasons. Finally, thebalanced scorecard theory is introduced to review Baoshang bank strategy, and design theascension of the execution of the strategic objectives, thus seeking to improve and upgradethe Baoshang bank development strategy and way of execution.
