In academic circles on the basis of predecessors’ research, this paper through the system to collect and organize related data of land price, the use of historical economic geography and geographic information system spatial statistics analysis method, through the existing research in modern Shanghai real estate and land price data and methods of the study on bottlenecks, from two dimensions of time and space, detailed reconstruction of modern Shanghai international settlement, the land price changes and spatial difference, deeply analyze the multi-dimensional evolution, spatial characteristics and formation mechanism of the implementation of the path.This paper first analyses the land price of time and space conditions and social foundation, then introduces the urban land price assessment agencies, personnel structure, valuation procedures and methods, and on the basis of the in-depth evaluation mechanism of complaints and appeals. Followed by using kriging interpolation method in spatial statistics to recovery of1899-1930price spatial distribution, reveals the main features and basic characteristics of spatial distribution of land price. Finally, this article from the perspective of changing the way of land use, the combination of public concession, commercial, transportation, residential and industrial land space expansion, in order to investigate the influence of different land on the land price spatial distribution.
